Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you’ll be greeted by our guide and driver at the pickup lobby. You’ll then enjoy a 45-minute drive to the heart of Hanoi, passing over the Red River, where you can catch a glimpse of the city’s unique architecture and its famously bustling traffic.
The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

After breakfast at the hotel, meet your local guide at 08:30 and start your city tour with a visit to the Temple of Literature, known as Vietnam’s first university, founded in 1076. Its well-preserved architecture and tranquil gardens offer intriguing glimpses into Vietnam’s past.
Continue to Ba Dinh Square, where you can see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, National Assembly, and Presidential Palace from the outside. Later on, visit Vietnamese Women’s Museum, where you have the opportunity to learn and understand traditional culture, marriage customs, childbirth, family life, traditional women’s clothing, and the role of women in the defense of the nation.
In the late afternoon, take a walk around the Old Quarter, named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date back to the 13th century, then stroll around the Hoan Kiem Lake area to ad mire Hanoi's busy traffic and taste a wide variety of authentic Hanoi street food.
Wander around Hang Be market to enjoy the sights, sounds, and aroma of the hundreds of kinds of food on offer. Your tour guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture, including details on ingredients and the historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. You eat as you go, trying seasonal fruits.
As an appetizer, tempt your tastebuds with the famed Hanoi dish "Nom bo kho", a green papaya salad with dried beef. Then make a stop to taste some "Cha Ca", grilled fish marinated in turmeric and served with vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, peanuts, and a sweet and sour dipping sauce, followed by a typical Vietnamese dessert: “Hoa qua dam” a little bowl of fresh fruit mixed with condensed milk or “Che” a sweet soup made from different kinds of bean or lotus seeds.
After dinner, try a glass of “Bia Hoi”, a local draught beer, at a small corner in Ta Hien and Luong Ngoc Quyen streets, and watch local life move around you. If you are less interested in beer, then follow our guide to a local coffee shop and enjoy egg coffee, a specialty of the city.
Return to your hotel and overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart at 8:00 from your hotel through the Red River Delta to Tuan Chau Pier, where you will board a selected cruise for your overnight stay on Lan Ha Bay. Lunch will be served while the vessel starts cruising through thousands of limestone islets emerging from the emerald water.
Join in some activities such as kayaking or swimming, or just relax on the sun deck and enjoy the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site. Dinner with fresh seafood and overnight on the cruise.
Enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the bay, followed by a light breakfast. As the cruise sails back to the pier, enjoy brunch on board while admiring the limestone rock formations glide by.
Upon disembarkation, your driver will be waiting to take you to Hanoi’s Noi Bai Domestic Airport for a short flight to Da Nang. On arrival, your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
This morning, depart at 08:30 for a cycling tour. Head off to Kim Bong village, known for its wood carving. At first, the artisans inherited the techniques from the northern Vietnamese. Later, through business exchange, they could successfully adopt the know-how of Chinese and Japanese sculptures and cultivate their own style. Walk around the village to understand their daily lives, and visit a carpenter's workshop to admire their talent.
Continue on the trails to Tra Nhieu village. Immerse yourself in the beautiful countryside while making several stops at local families. From Tra Nhieu, set off on a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh village. Along the way, the landscapes of fishing farms and water palm trees will accompany you. On arrival in Cam Thanh, take a rest at a local fisherman’s house (Mr. Phong) and enjoy green tea and foot massages with medicinal herbs that were planted in the family garden. Participate in a simple cooking session where you can learn how to prepare some specialties, such as crispy Vietnamese pancakes, Tam Huu, and enjoy what you have made at lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a small round bamboo sampan basket boat to the water palm tree forest.
Transfer back to Hoi An Ancient Town in the afternoon for a pleasant walk through its narrow streets. Stop to visit the Japanese covered bridge, one of the Chinese communal halls, and former merchants’ houses. and spend time at leisure for relax and shopping. Overnight in Hoi An.
At 08:30 leave Hoi An for Hue on a scenic drive through the fishing village of Lang Co and Hai Van Pass. Before reaching Hue City Centre, visit Tu Duc's mausoleum, one of the most beautiful royal tombs of the Nguyen dynasty with unique architecture and perfect harmony with the natural landscape. Visit the nearby Thuy Xuan incense-making village, where you'll be amazed by the smell of aloeswood and the sight of innumerable bouquets of colorful bamboo incense sticks being sundried along the village roads. Continue to Khai Dinh Emperor’s mausoleum, where you can admire the blend of traditional architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty with European touches, which not only shows Khai Dinh Emperor’s characters but also makes it unique from the other tombs in Hue. Start your day with a visit to the Imperial Citadel, seat of the Nguyen Dynasty emperors. The Citadel was inspired by Vauban fortifications and is composed of three sections; the capital city (Kinh Thanh), the Imperial city (Hoang Thanh) and the Forbidden City (Cam Tha nh).
Continue the Buddhist shrine Thien Mu Pagoda, also known as the Pagoda of the Heavenly Lady, which was built in the seventeenth century and is easily recognizable by its octagonal tower.
Transfer to the airport and take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, your tour guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel in the city center. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Today you leave bustling Ho Chi Minh City behind and depart from your hotel at 08:00 for a 2-hour drive to Ben Tre province, the largest area of coconut plantations in Vietnam. Situated on the Mekong Delta, Ben Tre is a land of coconuts, fruit orchards, rice fields, narrow canals, and wonderful scenery.
Arrive at Ham Luong pier and take a boat trip to explore the local life and fa mily-owned business activities along the Ben Tre River, one of the Mekong River’s tributaries. Stop at a brick kiln and learn about a traditional method of making bricks. Continue to visit one of the plenty of coconut workshops along the waterway to discover how every single part of the coconut, including the shell, the meat, and the water, is processed to produce a variety of products: coconut milk, coconut candy, coconut oil, and even floor mats and charcoal. Next stop is a sleeping mat workshop, where you can learn about hand weaving techniques and enjoy some fresh fruits and tea.
Later on, take a motor cart (xe lôi) or ride a bike on the shady paths of the peaceful countryside, passing by green rice fields and vegetable plains, to touch on real life and get to know tropical peasant culture. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with local specialties such as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp.
In the afternoon, take a rowing boat on small canals shaded by wild coconut palm trees until Hung Vuong Pier, where your driver is ready to transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Start exploring the different sides of Ho Chi Minh City with a visit to the colorful China Town in District 5, where you stop to visit Ha Chuong Assembly Hall, painted in red with a unique Fujian architectural style, which served as a meeting venue for the Fujian Chinese community as well as a place of worship for the goddess of the sea. Then visit the nearby Phung Hung market, well-known for its fresh food stalls and variety of commodities. Don’t miss the chance to taste "ra cket coffee" served in a tiny ceramic pot at Ba Lù Cafe, one of the most well-known cafes in Saigon. Visit the Saigon Central Post Office, a vital part of Ho Chi Minh City's colonial legacy, and the historic Saigon Opera House. Stroll along Nguyen Hue Street and Dong Khoi Street, the busiest streets in the city.
Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, your tour guide and driver will transfer you to your hotel in the city center. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast at the hotel, head off at 08:30 to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom starting from the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk; the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara; the Phimeanakas; the Royal Enclosure; the Elephants Terrace; and the Terrace of the Leper King.
In the afternoon, drive to the enchanting temple of Banteay Srei, nearly everyone’s favorite site. The special charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and the excellence of its decorative carvings. Th en continue your visit to Banteay Samre, built in the third quarter of the 12th century. It con sists of a central temple with four wings, preceded by a hall, and accompanied by two libraries; the southern example is remarkably well preserved.
On the way, we stop at Pradark Village, where you will see the villagers making palm sugar, a handicraft for sale to tourists. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, depart at 8:30 to explore Angkor Wat Temple, the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag, and the 12th-century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Continue your visit to the jungle temple of Ta Prohm, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. The temple of Ta Prohm was onc e used as a location to film the famous Hollywood film Tomb Raider.
In the evening, enjoy a Cambodian circus of Phare, Siem Reap's most unique, authentic, and top-rated evening entertainment. More than just a circus, Phare performers use theater, music, dance, and modern circus arts to tell uniquely Cambodian stories, folk, and modern. The young circus artists will astonish you with their energy, emotion, enthusiasm, and talent. Overnight in Siem Reap.
In the morning, enjoy a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake, with its size varying greatly depending on the season, as it is swelling to about four times its size during the wet season. Board a local boat and visit Kampong Phluk, a village where you will s ee houses on stilts that are submerged when Tonlé Sap Lake extends. On the way, you will pass floating houses and impressive flooded forests, portraying life on the water.
